Situated near Drysdale on the Bellarine Peninsula, Clifton Springs Golf Club features a picturesque layout bordering Corio Bay.   A mere one hour's drive from Melbourne's West Gate Bridge, the course opened in the late 1800's.  The first competition was held on the 20th November 1909.

With spectacular views across Corio Bay to the You Yangs, the course, a par 71 of 5,783 metres for men and a par 72 of 5,213 metres for women, has Legend Couch fairways and subtly sloping greens.  It provides a real challenge to players of all abilities, whether or not they have an official handicap.

Green fee players are always welcome, while visitors with an official handicap may enter Club competitions which are held for Men on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Women on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and Medley events for both on Thursdays.

Recent works on the new dams, the new 5th and 6th Holes, and extension of the 7th Tee, are now complete.  Extensive works have recently been carried out on the new 5th and 8th tees which will open on May 10th.

The Pro Shop is operated by The House of Golf, who also have a shop in Geelong. The shop is fully stocked, and staffed by owner, Danny Markovic and a Professional, Anthony Bergin. For full details click here

Clifton Springs is central to Port Philip Heads and Geelong, in the middle of the Bellarine wine district and a short drive from the holiday centres of Point Lonsdale, Ocean Grove and Portarlington. Within easy access to both bay and surf beaches and the boat ramp, the golf course provides that perfect addition to a day trip or longer break.

The Clubhouse is open for lunch and dinner in the Bayside Bistro 7 days a week, and bar snacks are available throughout the day. Unwind after your game of golf with a drink and a snack or visit the bistro for lunch or an evening meal whilst enjoying the fantastic views.
