Late Change to Club Championships
This year there will be an additional category. This will be a Veteran's event which will be a scratch event for those members 55 years and over. It will be held over all four rounds. Next year may introduce an additional Seniors category for those over 65 which will be decided by Match Committee at a later date.
 
New Handicapping System
The attached pdf file provides information about the review that Golf Australia recently performed on the Handicap Anchor regulation, and of the subsequent decision to increase the Anchor from 4 strokes to 5 strokes. This will take effect from May 14th. Full details are here
 
Pennant News
On May 19th, Clifton Springs 1 in Division 2 defeated 13th Beach in the Semi-Final, 4 and 3  and Clifton Springs 2 in Division 3 defeated Elcho Park (2), 4 and 3. Both teams have qualified for the Finals to be held on May 24th. Clifton Springs 1 will play East Geelong and Clifton Springs 2 will play Queenscliff at 13th Beach. Matches commence at 8:00am
