Items of interest from the 7th November 2011 Committee Meeting

Business arising from previous Minutes:
Yellow Markers for Visitor / Green Fee Players to be ready in a couple of weeks.
 
MAJOR EVENTS CONCLUDED:
Spring Trophy Winner - Andy Turner Carolyn & Allan Jinks. Trophy to be presented at the next Mixed event.
 
GENERAL BUSINESS:
RESUMPTION OF USE OF THE FULL COURSE:
The course will be opened to its full rating on Saturday 12th Nov. New indexes for both Men and Ladies have been agreed to. And they will be displayed on the cards Friday 11th Nov
 
Eclectic:
Rules have now been agreed to, and Geoff will have a copy ready within the next week together with a register for members to enter. There will be two separate competitions, one for Tuesday & one for Saturday.
 
Thursday Competition:
Match committee agreed that the Vet’s should no longer play for just comp fees, take to Gen Committee to have removed from schedule.
 
Saturday Competition:
It was agreed that the Ladies time slots on a Saturday be extended two more slots. Marcia to advice the ladies that all time slots up to 10.30 to be filled before the two last tee times are filled.
