The first two tanks just after installation in
April 2007. This photo is taken from the road on the southern
side. |
Some minor land levelling has been complete, as
shown in this view from the 1st fairway. |

|
This photo taken in May 2007 shows the submersed
tank installed to catch water from the ProShop and the Clubhouse. |
A pipeline has been installed that carries the
water from the submersed tank up to the tanksite. The system is automatic
in that when water is collected a pump pushes the water up into
tank 1. |

These two photos show the retaining walls built
by the Grey Army and the commencement of the landscaping. |
This was completed in April 2008. |

The excavation performed to accommodate the
installation of the second two tanks. This work was carried out
in April 2008. |
This view shows the
excavation from the western side, with tank two visible in the
background. |

Tanks 3 and 4 alongside the pump shed built to
accommodate the pumping system linked to the course sprinkler
system. This part of the project was done in June 2008. |
Further work was also carried out at this time on
completing the landscaping of the area surrounding the first two
tanks. Plants have since been planted on the sloping areas for
added stability. |

Work being performed in September 2008 to connect
the upper level tanks (1 and 2) to the lower level tanks. |
Tanks 3 and 4 are then connected to the pumping
system in the pump shed. |

planting to beautify and strengthen the sloping areas. The north

and the pipe that transfers water from the 5th fairway to the
tanksite. |

Landscaping has commenced (March 2009) on the
areas surrounding tanks 3, 4 and the pump shed. |
Landscaping should be completed shortly on the
western side where the earth in the foreground can still be
seen. |

The entrance to the pump shed from the first
fairway. Construction of the retaining walls by the Grey Army
and weekend volunteers was completed in February with the gravel
work finished in March. |
